It is very common that within an environment of investment proposals, there are proposals with similar characteristics, and for this reason the system allows the user in creation to copy the data from another proposal. After copying the data, the system allows the user to make the necessary changes to save your proposal.
To perform the data copy, follow the below steps:
- On the "New Proposal" screen, click the Copy Proposal button.
- When clicking the button, the user must enter the name or identifier of the proposal that they want to copy data from.
- Click on the name of the chosen proposal, and the system will show a summary for confirmation of the information.
- After confirming the information, click CONFIRM that the proposal will be copied.
- The new proposal will be presented fully filled with the same name, but with “COPY PROPOSAL” added on the front. This name can be changed, along with the other information.
