Cash flow assists in generating important financial indicators in prioritizing the portfolio such as Cash, Payback, IRR and NPV.
To access the action just click on "Cash Flow" icon.
The cash flow has a pre-configuration that needs to be done to enable the calculation of the indicators. The settings that must be made in advance are:
- Number of years to be displayed in cash flow
- IR percentage
- Categories of Gains and Expenses
- Depreciation percentage by category
- TMA Value by Investment Type
With this information, the user will be able to add the earnings and expenses in time and the system will automatically calculate.
