The Final Evaluation is the same as the Technical Evaluation in relation to the process, but what differentiates one from the other is the timing. The Final Evaluation occurs after prioritization of the proposal while the Technical Evaluation occurs after the Initial Evaluation. There is also the possibility that the evaluation questionnaires are different. More information about this is provided after the Prioritization of Proposals is explained.
