The second to last stage of the proposal is Execution. In this stage, through configuration, users can choose to leave the proposal open for editing or as read-only. However, an important option that becomes available at this stage is the “Submission of the Proposal to PPM."
Natively, Teams Ideas™ Business Case has an integration with Microsoft PPM, which enables the creation of projects using the information of the main form of the proposal, including the schedule. To carry out the submission of a proposal, access it and click the “Send To PPM” button.
After sending to PPM, this button disappears from the screen and the user can follow the submission by “PPM Project Creation” tab found in the side menu.
