Subscribing to a Premium Plan
To access the subscription page, go to Settings > Subscription under the top left menu or click the upgrade button next to the Portal name. This can only be accessed by Portal admins.
In this page you'll be able to choose from several plans which one best suits your business' needs. You can also see the prices for monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing comes with a nice discount!
Licensing in Teams Ideas for Innovation Management is done by Portal. This means you must choose a plan that covers all of your user base in order to upgrade your Portal. If the number of users in your Portal exceeds the number of users in your selected premium plan, you will have to first inactivate any exceeding users.
To inactivate exceeding users, go to Settings > Users under the top left menu. In this page you'll find all of the users in your portal. Under the "Status" column you can see which users are active. In order to deactivate them, you can click on the "Deactivate" button or remove them altogether by clicking on the remove icon on the right corner.
You can try out all of the premium features for free by opting for the Basic plan which comes with a 14-day free trial. Only once the trial period has ended it will start being billed to your credit card.
By clicking on the checkout button under your chosen plan, you'll be taken to the checkout page, where you'll be asked to provide your billing details. If you a coupon code, you can use it here. All transactions and subscription settings are securely handled by Chargebee.
Once you've completed the checkout process, your portal will have access to all of the premium features. Now all you have to do is invite users to you Portal and get to innovating with an expanded set of tools!
