The Budget Tracking report displays various information so that it is possible to easily follow up the approvals of the proposals in the prioritization and in the committee.
The report structure has the following composition:
1) Search Filters: The report allows users to perform filters according to the fields below:
a. Period
b. Approval Authority Levels
c. Investment Type
d. Requesting Area
e. View by
f. Disbursement Years
g. Value Display Type
2) Indicators: Indicators display the total prioritized proposals, total approved, prioritized emergencies, and approved emergencies.
3) Approved Values by Requesting Area: Displays the prioritized and approved values by requesting area, with the bar in green representative of the prioritized in scenario and the black bar approved by the committee.
4) Approved Values by Investment Type: Displays the prioritized and approved values by investment type, with the green bar representing the prioritized in scenario and the black bar approved by the committee.
5) Approved Values by Business Unit: Displays prioritized and approved values by Business Unit, with the green bar representing the prioritized in scenario and the black bar approved by the committee.
6) Approved Values by Investment Category: Displays the prioritized and approved values by investment category, with the green bar representing the prioritized in scenario and the black bar approved by the committee.
