To manage your subscription, go to Settings > Subscription under the top left menu. This can only be accessed by Portal admins.
On the top of the page you'll find information regarding your current subscription plan. You can click on the "Billing Details" button to manage all settings regarding your subscription plan billing.
Next, we have the Upgrade section. If you wish to change your subscription plan, you can do so here. Just choose a new plan and proceed to checkout as if you were acquiring a subscription for the first time. Since it is not possible to have two active subscriptions simultaneously in a Portal, your previous subscription will then be automatically cancelled and replaced with the new one.
In the last section, you can manage your subscription cancellation.
Cancelling your subscription works like this:

When you choose to cancel your subscription, your Portal will keep all of the premium features until the next billing cycle. Once the next billing cycle comes, your subscription will then be effectively cancelled and access to all premium featureswill be lost.

During this period, you can still change your mind and opt to revoke your cancellation in this page. If the cancellation ir revoked, your subscription will be maintained and you will be charged as usual on the next billing cycle.

If your cancellation is not revoked before the next billing cycle and the subscription is therefore effectively cancelled, you can still return to this page and reactivate it if you wish to do so. Following reactivation, your Portal will regain access to all premium features and billing will resume immediately. Please remember to update your payment information if necessary when reactivating your subscription.
